Normanique Preston serves as Vice President People & Culture for ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù.
Preston’s career spans over two decades of leadership experience primarily in the energy sector overseeing a comprehensive array of People, Culture, DEI (Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion), and Corporate Communications functions and brings expertise in fostering an inclusive and thriving work environment where employees can achieve their full potential while driving exceptional company performance.
Before joining ²»Á¼Ñо¿Ëù, Preston most recently served as Chief People Officer for Cleco Corporate Holdings. Under her guidance, Cleco launched the Power of a Promise Scholarship in collaboration with a local community college to support economically disadvantaged students pursuing higher education.
Prior to that, Preston’s previous experience was within Dynegy, beginning in 2003, where she held leadership roles in talent management, human resources business partners, project management, and organizational development and as Vice President of Human Resources. Preston also was Strategic Human Resources Business Partner for Williams Companies and Assistant Vice President Human Resources for Chase.
Preston holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing from Louisiana State University at Baton Rouge. She also completed the Executive Management Program at Rice University in Houston.
